Who we Help
Active adults, between 25 and 70 years of age, with or without current injuries, looking to improve their performance and have a plan to keep them going within their activities.
Sporting youths and young athletes between the ages of 13-40 , with or without injuries, that actively compete in a sport at a competitive level that want to reduce injury risk and improve their strength and performance
Older adults over 60 years of age that are either currently active, trying to become active, or need more help after being discharged from traditional Physical Therapy.
If you have an injury that needs Physical Therapy, but don’t want a patient mill experience.

How We Help
Physical Therapy Expanded for Your Goals
Prehab
Movement coaching, loading manipulation and acclimation, ROM, and neurologic up and down regulation. Establishing the ability to complete multiplanar loaded movement during static squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and holding.
Training
Development and expansion on prehab techniques into loaded motion and mastery over dynamic loaded motion. Expansion into power production
Rehab
Restoring tissue tolerances to multiplanar movement while maintaining overall body function. Exercise prescriptions to maintain the capacities of unaffected limbs and physiologic symptoms.
